TJ Bowles

TJ Bowles graduated college in 2006 with a BA in accounting and began his professional career in business-to-business sales in the transportation industry. After ten years of business-to-business sales, he eventually changed his career path when he moved his family to Emmett, Idaho, in 2016. 

In 2016, TJ entered the construction industry as a New Home Advisor for an “On Your Land” Builder based out of Oregon. He quickly helped grow a brand-new and unfamiliar region for the company and sold well over 100 homes in the Treasure Valley within the first three years. TJ would eventually be promoted to a Regional Sales Manager and, for the next 2-1/2 years manage a sales team covering the Treasure Valley, North Idaho, Northeast Oregon, and Central, Northern, and Eastern Washington. Through his experience and education in the home building industry, TJ Bowles became proficient in “On Your Land” new construction with a vast knowledge of the Treasure Valley area, local jurisdictional requirements, land, and site development. He eventually began to specialize in working with investors to assist them in many ways, from setting up communities and marketing those communities to ensuring profitability for various projects, such as large sub-divisions, multi-family rentals, and small one-off investment projects. As a result of becoming proficient in successful investment projects for others, TJ and his business partner began to purchase investment properties themselves and build spec homes across the valley. In 2020, he helped create an investment group called C5 Development to make more extensive projects, which has now evolved into an “On Your Land” building company called Pathway Builders.

TJ is passionate about family, with a beautiful wife and three boys. He enjoys spending any free time he can get with his family and fishing with his sons. He desires to serve people and the community, as well as helping individuals succeed in achieving their goals.
