2500 Square Foot House Plan Ponderay
Welcome to the Ponderay, a 2500 square foot house plan with four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an office.
The inviting entry leads to a massive vaulted ceiling great room with ample natural light from the sliding doors and oversize windows along the back wall. To the right of the main entry is a 12’4″ x 8′ office space, perfect when you need to work from home. On one end of the house you will find three bedrooms. One is a junior suite with a walk in closet, perfect for multi-generational living, a guest room, or someone who needs their own space.
The other two bedrooms on this side of the house share the jack-and-jill bathroom which includes a double vanity. The open concept still provides some separation of space with a large 12′ x 12′ dining room, the great room, and the kitchen all separating the three bedrooms from the master on the other end of the home. The massive 16′ x 16′ master bedroom leads to a beautiful ensuite with a free-standing soaker tub and his and her closets.
The rear of the house is the perfect to take in views and let in light with nine large windows and sliding glass door. Outside, you will love the oversized covered patio that is perfect for entertaining or enjoying a summer evening.
