Now is the time to make your home YOU. We have a variety of finishes and colors for you to choose from to make it the home of your dreams.
Contract
Ready to make your dreams a reality? Let’s put all the details together and get to building your home.
Permits
We will be putting all the paperwork together to get your building application submitted. We may need your help with a couple items or questions to help the process. We will also be preparing your final blueprints to submit at this time.
Funding
If you are financing, we will be working with your lender to get them the info they need to close your loan. If you are paying in cash we will review the draw schedule and process.
Construction
This is the fun part! Our expert team turns your dreams into reality. All those years of Lincoln Logs and LEGOs as kids really pay off here.
Move In
Congratulations! We have done a final walk through, showed you the details of your new home, and handed you the keys. Enjoy, and have peace of mind with a 1 year warranty.
